1,840 m² across two Terrace floors, in one dock window

Two floors, 214 workstations and a live core sample library moved in a single Friday-to-Sunday window with a three-hour nightly dock allocation.

The building manager would release the goods lift for three hours a night and not a minute more, shared with a fitout contractor working on level 9.
The tenancy held a core sample library: roughly 90 steel core trays, each around 25 kg, stored on racking that could not simply be trolleyed into a passenger lift.
The client's board meeting was scheduled for the Tuesday after the move, in a boardroom that did not yet exist.

Zero business days of downtime. Staff worked Friday in the old tenancy and Monday in the new one.
All four racks patched and handed to the client's managed service provider by 11:00 am Sunday.
Twelve items on the Monday defect list, all monitor arm and desk height adjustments, cleared by Tuesday lunchtime.

Three-night staged load
We split the consignment across Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights so each three-hour dock window was fully used, with the comms room reserved for the Friday.
Core library as its own package
The core trays were crated in purpose-built stillages, moved with machine skates and a gantry, and re-racked at the destination before the furniture arrived.
Boardroom first
The boardroom was built and commissioned on the Saturday morning, ahead of the general floors, so AV could be tested with two days of margin.

The three-hour dock window was the thing everyone said would sink us. Coastline planned around it instead of arguing with it.
