Weekend and night loading is built into the rate rather than negotiated job by job.
Training that is documented
AFRA competency standards in packing, load restraint and manual handling, recorded per employee.
Equipment that is audited
Gantries, machine skates, stair climbers and proper restraint, inspected on the accreditation cycle.
Crews that stay together
We roster the same crews onto the same programs so the floor plan is in somebody's head, not just on paper.
Five roles open
Pay bands are sample figures on a demonstration website. Real bands are confirmed at interview.
Removalist, commercial crew
$34 to $41 per hour (sample), plus after-hours loading
Office relocations across Perth metro, mostly Friday evening to Sunday. Workstation dismantle and rebuild, crate handling, dock and goods lift work.
- MR or HR licence an advantage, C class essential
- Manual handling experience in a commercial setting
- Comfortable with after-hours and weekend work
- Police check for records and government sites
Crew leader
$44 to $52 per hour (sample), plus leading hand allowance
Running a floor: crew allocation, load restraint, runsheet compliance, and the first point of contact for building security on the night.
- Three or more years on commercial relocations
- HR licence preferred
- Confident reading floor plans and runsheets
- Can hold a line with a building manager politely
IT and comms technician
$78,000 to $96,000 (sample), plus after-hours loading
Rack audits, structured decant, re-rack and patch. Working alongside client IT teams and managed service providers on cutover weekends.
- Experience with rack elevations, patch panels and structured cabling
- Comfortable documenting to the rack unit
- Cert III in telecommunications or equivalent an advantage
- Clean driving record
Relocation manager
$105,000 to $130,000 (sample), plus vehicle
Owning programs end to end: site surveys, scoping, building approvals, runsheets, and being on site through the shutdown.
- Commercial relocation, fitout or facilities background
- Can write a runsheet a stranger could work from
- Comfortable with building managers, IT leads and executives
- Full WA driver licence
Records and archive officer
$36 to $43 per hour (sample)
Barcoding, scanning to shelf location, retrieval requests, monthly inventory statements and destruction authorisations.
- Records management or library experience
- Precise with data entry and barcode systems
- Understands why authorisation matters
- Police check required
How to apply
- Send a short email. Tell us which role, what you have done and when you can start. A resume is welcome, not essential for crew roles.
- A phone call. Fifteen minutes with the operations manager about the work, the hours and what you want from it.
- Come to the depot. Meet a crew, look at the equipment, and see a module and an archive bay so you know what you are walking into.
- Checks and start. Licence, references and a police check where the role needs one, then a first weekend rostered with an experienced crew.
